Issue	Cause	Resolution
adRefresh does nothing	The ad unit code or divId may not exist or has not been rendered yet.	Verify the ad unit exists on the page and the code/divId matches exactly.
User details not applied	The site may not have user ID modules configured.	Configure user ID modules in the dashboard or contact support.
